We highly recommend Al Britt Air and Heat. They were able to fit us in toward to the end of their workday, and we are so thankful! They are courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. Wow I’m impressed. A company that does what they say they will do and for an agreed upon price. And the serviceman Kyle was friendly, professional and informative. Definitely recommend this company for HVAC service and repairs.

Al Britt A/C & Heating greatly surpassed my expectations. They came out very quickly, and Jeff diagnosed my problem in a short time. They came out the next day and completed the fix, and I was back in business! They are now my go to company for any HVAC issues!

Heater out of service. Terrible hazardous roads and Al Britt HVAC came out in a very timely manner(2 hours) and repaired furnace at a very air price. I would use them again.

Jeff & his team, along with an incredible crane operator, did an amazing job of replacing our heat pump on our roof at 40+ feet high. Not an easy task & they mastered it!! We have used Al Britt Air and Heat several times, always with very good service. The most recent time was shortly after the death of my father when we had people coming from out of town. The heater chose that time to go out. I called and was hoping they might be able to work me in even though they were a couple of people short that day. I was amazed when someone pulled up half an hour later. Kyle was absolutely wonderful and walked me through what he was doing as he completed the repair. Another happy repeat customer!

I had an issue with a very old AC unit. I was expecting the worst and fully expected to be looking at a replacement. I called Al and he sent out Jeff, who was in and out with the fix in 20 mins. He explained his fix and that while my unit was old, it still had some life. I appreciate the fact he fixed it instead of automatically coming in to try to sell me on a new unit. Can’t beat that kind of honesty. I’ll need that new unit at some point in the future, and when I do, I’ll call Al Britt.

My outdoor condenser quit working last week and Mr. Britt worked to be able to send someone out that day. Someone from a larger company wanted to charge 3x what I knew the service should cost and also pushed me to replace parts that seemed to be working. When Mr. Britt’s technician Kyle called to tell me he was on his way, I explained the issue and he quoted me a very fair price. He replaced the capacitor, gave the coils a thorough cleansing, took a good look at everything else and didn’t try to upsell anything. I would recommend Al Britt to anyone for honest, fairly-priced service and will be calling him myself for any future HVAC needs

My most recent experience with Al is for a warranty call on a capacitor replacement for a 4-yr-old Trane unit. While warranty service is a nuisance (but I still like Trane a lot), Al was able to get me same-day service to get the condenser back up and running. His techs are polite and competent. My first experience with Al was for the purchase of two Trane condensers back in 2019 (one of them mentioned above). At that time, I went out for bids to replace my two existing units; Al was the low bidder for comparable units. I feel good about using his team and would recommend him to others.

We purchased two Trane units from Al Britt for our home. They came on Thursday and started. By Friday evening they had removed three old units out of our attic and completely installed the new units including new thermostats. His employees were very professional and thorough. Just hard working nice guys. We highly recommend giving this company a look if you need a new system. We live in northeast Arkansas and didn’t know if they would come up here from Memphis but he said they would have someone up here to speak with us in a couple of days.

Al Britt has always provided excellent service. We had emergency when our daughter's air conditioner went out with her husband still in California in the marines. Called Al Britt & they had someone out that day & made repairs. Air conditioner back working that day. Thank youAl Britt.

Our military family just bought our house last month and the AC wouldn’t turn on this morning. I knew that it could be days to get someone to diagnosis it. Al Britt found a way to get two of his technicians out so quickly. They were very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. They had my AC repaired and working that day.
