Al’s man was already working on my unit when i arrived home early Monday morning. My wife and i are seniors. our unit went out sometime Saturday night, and we went to our daughter’s house for the cool (100 degree day). by the time i had driven the 30 minutes back to my house to meet the repair man, he had already analyzed the problem, and was able to repair our unit right away ! He came in the house, flipped on the thermostat, and immediately the a/c came on.

They were incredible, Kyle and Darren came to fix our 25+ yo outside AC unit the same morning we called. They did not attempt to upsell us but repaired the unit, all working perfectly now. I will recommend Al Britt to my friends and neighbors and to you.

Wow I’m impressed. A company that does what they say they will do and for an agreed upon price. And the serviceman Kyle was friendly, professional and informative. Definitely recommend this company for HVAC service and repairs.

Al Britt A/C & Heating greatly surpassed my expectations. They came out very quickly, and Jeff diagnosed my problem in a short time. They came out the next day and completed the fix, and I was back in business! They are now my go to company for any HVAC issues!

Heater out of service. Terrible hazardous roads and Al Britt HVAC came out in a very timely manner(2 hours) and repaired furnace at a very air price. I would use them again.
