Al Britts team just saved me from spending $40,000 unnecessarily on doing a full replacement on my two residential AC and furnace units. I had a local Memphis company come out for a spring cleaning and inspection of my systems and for $78.00 that resulted in wanting me to spend $40k. Excellent work. Showed up within an hour, diagnosed the issue as a capacitor and seized fan motor. Watched him test the capacitor and it was all tested properly. Got out with the fan motor and capacitor together at only $440 after installation fees. Kyle's an excellent tech there, absolutely the only place I'm calling for future HVAC work!

Al Brit is the best! I had 5 service calls over a period of 2 years on my AC with 3 different companies before I called Al Brit and none of them fixed my problem. Kyle identified the problem right away - a clogged evaporator coil. It took a while for the new coil to come in but once here Kyle was out right away and installed the new coil. Problem solved! I highly recommend Al Brit for all your heating and airconditioning needs. They are the best!!

Al’s man was already working on my unit when i arrived home early Monday morning. My wife and i are seniors. our unit went out sometime Saturday night, and we went to our daughter’s house for the cool (100 degree day). by the time i had driven the 30 minutes back to my house to meet the repair man, he had already analyzed the problem, and was able to repair our unit right away ! He came in the house, flipped on the thermostat, and immediately the a/c came on.

Wow I’m impressed. A company that does what they say they will do and for an agreed upon price. And the serviceman Kyle was friendly, professional and informative. Definitely recommend this company for HVAC service and repairs.

Al Britt A/C & Heating greatly surpassed my expectations. They came out very quickly, and Jeff diagnosed my problem in a short time. They came out the next day and completed the fix, and I was back in business! They are now my go to company for any HVAC issues!
